This tool is available for migrating listing to the agency account. When initially the tool was launched, it was available for limited users. However, as it has been repeatedly reminded, it seems now it is available for one and all who owns an agency account.
Migration Location from a personal account to an Agency account
There are Two Ways to do Migration
An Assisted Migration
To begin migration log on to your Agency account and go the “Overview” tab, then click to “Got existing locations to transfer?”. This will guide to all the steps you require to follow the transfer process. The location transfer takes almost 48 hours to finish, and once it is done, your transferred location will start appearing in the “Manage locations”, of the agency account.
Migrating a Single Location
Once you are logged into your agency account, you access to the location you own in your personal account. There you would get option to choose a location group, and then you can add the location. Then log into your personal account and accept the invite. This will help you access the specified location in the location group from your Agency account.
Migrating Multiple Locations
You need to transfer the location to a single location group, from your personal account.
You can show your organization as the owner of that particular location group in your personal account. You will have to provide the 10-digit organization Id to specify which organization is this.
If the Invitation is accepted by the organization account, then all the locations in the location will be accessible to your organization
Once your migration is processed, it is wiser to remove locations from the personal account.
